Our Legal Team

Sukhdeep Gill graduated from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in the spring of 2020. During law school, Sukhdeep was involved in a variety of legal and community initiatives, including Community Legal Aid, the South Asian Law Students Association and the Corporate/Commercial Law Club. He also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada in an attempt to blend his legal pursuits with his passion to advocate for those affected by mental health. With the help of his colleagues, he produced an interactive seminar and brochure. The program was designed to outline housing rights and legal solutions to common discriminatory situations faced by those with mental health concerns.

Through law school, Sukhdeep developed a keen interest in construction law and commercial disputes. He looks forward to pursuing these interests further with Whelton Hiutin.

In his free time, Sukhdeep enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His hobbies include, watching and playing football, boxing and a variety of martial arts.
