(“Corsica”) will make an Application to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice at 50 Eagle Street West, Newmarket, Ontario, L3Y 6B1, on December 21, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. for an Order confirming ownership by the Corporation of the Town of Richmond Hill of a one-foot reserve south of Hillsview Drive in Richmond Hill and dispensing with service of the court application.
